The main ingredients of the mushroom and herb seasonings are garlic and dried mushrooms. They are supplemented with home-grown herbs. The range includes garlic-based spices and various mushroom salts. The spices are packaged either in cardboard pouches or glass jars. Store in a dry place, protected from light.

 

The range now also includes Forest salts (Mehtäsuolat), which are well suited for seasoning game and fish, for example. Among the wild herb powders, we also have spruce sprout powder.
