Wild herb powders can be used as dietary supplements and spices. We currently only offer spruce sprout powder.

 

 

Spruce sprout powder (kerkkä):

Kerkkä is a real superfood from the forests of Northeast Finland, it contains a lot of vitamin C. Kerkkä powder can be used as a seasoning for game and fish, for example. It is excellent for smoothies , and its aroma also comes through well in drinks. The taste is fresh and woody, even citrusy.
