MUSHROOM-BASED SPICES

We make delicious umami spices and mushroom salts from dried mushrooms. The selection always varies depending on the mushroom harvest.

 

We pack mushroom spices in cardboard pouches and glass jars with or without a spice grinder. The selection may change somewhat depending on demand. NOTE! We are gradually changing our packaging to more ecological and recyclable options, ask when ordering what packaging is available in stock!

 

Mushroom salt

Mushroom salt is a delicious seasoning that goes well with almost any dish.

Ingredients: Fine sea salt 70%, dried boletus and other dried wild mushrooms (russulas, trumpet chanterelles, sheep polypores), chives, thyme. The composition of the mushroom salt may vary depending on the mushroom species available each year. The mushroom salt is packed in a sealed bag or glass jar, which preserves its aromas well.

Trumpet chanterelle salt

This salt gives dishes a delicious mushroom flavor. It goes well with almost any dish. Trumpet chanterelle salt contains 80% fine sea salt and 20% dried trumpet chanterelles

Matsutake salt

Matsutake is a delicious and strongly fragrant edible mushroom. Matsutake salt gives dishes a delicious matsutake flavor. It goes well with almost all dishes. Matsutake salt contains 80% fine sea salt and 20% dried ground matsutake.

Bolete salt

Bolete salt is great for a variety of dishes, including meat, fish, vegetables, omelettes and pasta. It has the nutty aroma of boletes. Also great as table salt. Bolete salt contains 20% dried and ground pine boletes and 80% fine sea salt. Bolete salt is packaged in a bag or a glass jar with a spice grinder.
