
FOREST SALTS
The idea behind the Forest salts is to season game and fish. The Forest salts feature the pure flavors of the Syöte forests.
All forest salts contain 80% fine sea salt and 20% flavoring. They are packaged in cardboard bags. The content of all bags is 40 g, price 6 €.

Nettle is rich in iron, vitamin C and antioxidants. Nettle salt can be used to season a wide variety of meat, fish and vegetable dishes.
Ingredients: Sea salt 80%, dried domestic nettle leaf powder 20%
Spruce sprout salt:
Spruce sprout is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. Its forest-like flavor is perfect for seasoning game dishes, fish, potato dishes, and chicken.

Lingonberry and spruce sprout are rich in vitamin C and antioxidants. This salt is great for seasoning game and other meat dishes. It's also worth trying with fish dishes!
Ingredients: Sea salt 80%, dried lingonberries 15%, dried spruce sprouts 5%
Store in a sealed bag or airtight container, protected from moisture and direct light.
