Garlic powder
A coarse powder made from winter garlic grown in Syöte. The aroma is really strong and intense.

Garlic salt
Garlic dried and ground into a coarse powder with added fine sea salt. An easy-to-use ready-made spice mix with a strong garlic aroma.

Green Garlic Salt
Green garlic salt contains 50% fine sea salt, 25% garlic cloves and 25% garlic stalks. It is suitable as a seasoning for all dishes where a garlic flavor is desired.
Garlic flower stalks grow during the summer and are harvested in midsummer. They can be eaten raw or cooked, made into various preserves such as pickles or pesto, and dried as a spice.

Garlic soup seasoning
Garlic soup seasoning contains lovage, garlic, parsley and chervil. It is well suited for various soups, such as meat and chicken soup, vegetable soup, as well as versatile casseroles. Contains no added salt. The herbs are grown in the clean environment of the north, thanks to the long light days they are strong and aromatic.
