DRIED MUSHROOMS

Wild Dried Mushrooms from Koillismaa

Our mushrooms are handpicked by trained foragers from the pristine forests of Koillismaa. They’re processed quickly and dried using a high-efficiency dryer to preserve their quality and rich aroma.

 

Seasonal Selection

Availability depends on the harvest, which varies yearly. In a typical season, we offer:

  • Porcini and other boletes

  • Chanterelles

  • Russulas

  • Funnel chanterelles

  • Matsutake

  • Sheep polypore
    ...and more!

Storage & Packaging

Dried mushrooms keep best in a dry, dark place. Once opened, reseal tightly or transfer to an airtight container. 

Mushroom season 2025 was the worst that we can remember, there were practically not any mushrooms. Because of that there is not any availability before next year's harvest.

Mild, nutty flavor. Versatile in cooking. Mostly pine porcini from Koillismaa.

Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius) 20 g €10.00  Not available
Distinct aroma and flavor. May become chewy when dried—chop finely after soaking.
Contents: dried chanterelle

Funnel Chanterelle (Cantharellus tubaeformis) 15 g €7.50  Not available
Rich flavor, especially in soups.
