Wild Dried Mushrooms from Koillismaa
Our mushrooms are handpicked by trained foragers from the pristine forests of Koillismaa. They’re processed quickly and dried using a high-efficiency dryer to preserve their quality and rich aroma.

Storage & Packaging
Dried mushrooms keep best in a dry, dark place. Once opened, reseal tightly or transfer to an airtight container.

Mild, nutty flavor. Versatile in cooking. Mostly pine porcini from Koillismaa.

Distinct aroma and flavor. May become chewy when dried—chop finely after soaking.
